How long does this hair last?

With proper care, hair can last 1-2 years.

Can the hair be dyed or bleached?  YES. However, we recommend you seek a licensed hair professional.

How long is shipping?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number. It will take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. 6-10 business days for International shipping.

Custom Units will take 7 days for processing, wig construction, and shipment.

*Orders are shipped MONDAY-FRIDAY only. No shipping on Weekends or Holidays.*

*Orders over $100 will require signature for delivery. Billing and Shipping address MUST match.*

What is the return policy?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct item. We will decline the exchange if the item is not in the original state. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept refunds or exchanges for sanitary purposes. 

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve your concern.
